Terrible experience today at 10:40pm 2 asian ladies who were helping me one of them being the manager. I requested cheese and mcchicken on my burger they added bbq sauce? Then when I went inside to ask for a new one they took 10 minutes to ask what I needed. Then they seemed confused when I was asking them to change it. They said “it says bbq sauce” I replied, that’s what you added in the system when I ordered but that’s not what i asked for. 5 minutes later they remade my mc chicken with no cheese or tomato sauce. It took another few minutes to get their attention again, I had to yell “can someone help me please” my fries are cold and hard in my car now. Then they finally remake the burger and throw it on the bench saying “here” without apologising or making any effort to service me properly. i demanded a refund for the whole order and since my fries are now cold, and my ice in my drink is way melted. She only offered me a refund for the burger and gave me attitude. I work In retail and would never treat any customers this way, super disappointed, worst maccas i’ve been to.

Just want to give the team especially the manager on the morning shift 13.09.2025 a massive shout out!! I ordered breakfast before i started work, for my family to be delivered via door dash. I unfortunately was missing one of my teens quarter pounder. I rang back our door dash driver who couldn't help so rang McDonald's. She was very apologetic once realizing the mistake and immediately offered to make it, for my husband to pick up. We were surprised to find not only our missing item but another burger, 2 hash browns and a 10pack of chicken nuggets. Our 4 children were ecstatic!! Not only did the manager on at the time quickly resolved their mistake but went the extra mile for the inconvenience!! Thank you from our family to your team for this effort. Well done!! Will continue to support this store 100%

Superb service on Wednesday from Milly. She’s cool very vibrant great attitude great tone over the speaker system and very efficient. Great staff member McDonald’s make sure you look after her.

We’ve had multiple incorrect orders from this store, and every time something has been missing or made wrong. It’s frustrating getting home only to realise half the order isn’t there, or the burger is missing ingredients. Our most recent order — a Double McChicken combo — only had one chicken patty. Overall, a consistently poor experience. We won’t be returning. You’re better off supporting local independent businesses — don’t waste your time or money here.

Ordered a Filet-O-Fish from Birkenhead McDonald’s on Thursday, March 13, 4pm and was really disappointed. The cheese slice was only half the usual size, making the sandwich feel incomplete. The tartar sauce was sloppily applied, and overall, the presentation was lazy. For the price, I expected better quality control. McDonald’s, please do better—this felt like a rushed, careless assembly.
