Just want to give the team especially the manager on the morning shift 13.09.2025 a massive shout out!! I ordered breakfast before i started work, for my family to be delivered via door dash. I unfortunately was missing one of my teens quarter pounder. I rang back our door dash driver who couldn't help so rang McDonald's. She was very apologetic once realizing the mistake and immediately offered to make it, for my husband to pick up. We were surprised to find not only our missing item but another burger, 2 hash browns and a 10pack of chicken nuggets. Our 4 children were ecstatic!! Not only did the manager on at the time quickly resolved their mistake but went the extra mile for the inconvenience!! Thank you from our family to your team for this effort. Well done!! Will continue to support this store 100%

Ordered a Filet-O-Fish from Birkenhead McDonald’s on Thursday, March 13, 4pm and was really disappointed. The cheese slice was only half the usual size, making the sandwich feel incomplete. The tartar sauce was sloppily applied, and overall, the presentation was lazy. For the price, I expected better quality control. McDonald’s, please do better—this felt like a rushed, careless assembly.

Been here at night after 10pm most of the time. I have found this branch always prep things fresh to order Fries for example , unlike another one at Sunnybrae !. To me, waiting for your food to be fresh finished is much better than a quick terrible one.nnI am not sure if I just have got a random good meals here , hope this is a standard here.nnBy the way, the custard and Choc pie is way better than the previous pie, I also recommend to stop selling the apple pie; its smell is so artificial

Everything was very clean, the service was fast, and the staff were very kind

Four eyes blondie that’s supposedly the manager needs to be fired.nWorst customer service towards customers it’s not the first time she’s treated us with disrespect.nWe let the first time slide but tonight she pulled the last straw. Told her we were going to lay a complaint and she says in her own words that ‘she doesn’t care’nI feel bad for the employees that have to put up with her. Absolutely pathetic.
