McDonald's Birkenhead

Ordered 2 iced latte : the regular one was okay ,but the large one I hardly tasted any coffee in it. It just like sugar and milk. Went back and complained, i ended up with Chai Latte instead. Which taste yuck same, hardly taste the coffee. The staff wasn't that friendly, that's why I don't even want to went back again. I've been many McDonald's to get my iced latte. always tastes good. But not the Birkenhead one.

I get my McCafe coffee here everyday. It's amazing. Tastes delicious. I also want to mention how friendly and helpful the staff is!!! 5 Stars. I try not to drink coffee at home anymore so I get it here daily. It gets expensive but it's worth it every time! Amazing staff. Amazing coffee.

Just left after ordering my meal. Asked for a coke no ice and was given a half full cup. When I asked him to fill it as it was half full he got his manager and when it was handed back there was ice in it. Clearly don't follow orders when customers come in or through the drive through andnsad to see they take the piss and don't care enough. Wouldn't waste my money or time coming back here. Only worker doing her job properly was the lady taking my order who was absolutely lovely and a ray if sunshine. Her attitude and service was great unlike the rest.

Honestly the most consistent maccas I’ve been to on the shore. Management is doing something right here. Doesn’t matter if it’s 3am or 3pm the food is hot, fast and the staff have the most amazing customer service. Good job team

New branch! Provided nice food which was better than the average McDonald's. An automatic door system could be used at the entrance. Timelines may be improved.
