McDonald's Birkenhead

I totally enjoy the fast food here at McDonald’s but the actual inside of this place is quite dirty and gross. I forgot my card so I went up to pay in cash and a worker was just standing there looking at me so I started saying my order and she just walked away. It was disrespectful. Another time I went to McDonald’s Birkenhead, I asked for my order and I waited for about 45 minutes and it hadn’t come so I asked a worker and it turns out they “forgot” about my order. Anyway I have had some disturbing visits here but the food is overall pretty good. Oh and also I think they are reducing the number of pickles in cheeseburgers….

Terrible experience today at 10:40pm 2 asian ladies who were helping me one of them being the manager. I requested cheese and mcchicken on my burger they added bbq sauce? Then when I went inside to ask for a new one they took 10 minutes to ask what I needed. Then they seemed confused when I was asking them to change it. They said “it says bbq sauce” I replied, that’s what you added in the system when I ordered but that’s not what i asked for. 5 minutes later they remade my mc chicken with no cheese or tomato sauce. It took another few minutes to get their attention again, I had to yell “can someone help me please” my fries are cold and hard in my car now. Then they finally remake the burger and throw it on the bench saying “here” without apologising or making any effort to service me properly. i demanded a refund for the whole order and since my fries are now cold, and my ice in my drink is way melted. She only offered me a refund for the burger and gave me attitude. I work In retail and would never treat any customers this way, super disappointed, worst maccas i’ve been to.

The girl who served me at 12:20am 28th January, Rude/careless attitude, tried to tell me the free ANY SIZE DRINK code is only for a small or medium when thats never been the case. Was waiting for 10-15 minutes for her to sort her issue out then told me to drive through. Mcdonalds hire staff who actually care abt there job and know what they're doing seriously...

I went to McDonalds Birkenhead today. The fries were cold and oily, and they gave me the wrong burger. The lady in glasses gave me a very angry look and threw it in the bin. She instructed another worker the correct burger is on there shelf. I asked her surley that must be cold by now. 5 minutes past and I was still waiting for the fresh fries which when arrived Im sure they were the same fries but jad been refried. I will never ever go there again. My little asian friend was so angry and said she will never ever take her family there again due to the bad service even though her family eat there 3 or 4 times a week.

We’ve had multiple incorrect orders from this store, and every time something has been missing or made wrong. It’s frustrating getting home only to realise half the order isn’t there, or the burger is missing ingredients. Our most recent order — a Double McChicken combo — only had one chicken patty. Overall, a consistently poor experience. We won’t be returning. You’re better off supporting local independent businesses — don’t waste your time or money here.
