I’m having awesome fun and enjoy the gym environment, very friendly staff, the awesome classes led by enthusiastic and personable instructors. The facilities are A1! I find the phone app very very useful to plan classes and to see what I may be in for! The body maybe hurting but it’s working

On main road, centrally located with options for car parking. Multiple options for choosing low - to high intensity classes from 5:30 am to 8 pm.

Very nice place to do workout. Facilities are clean and good enough. Staff are friendly. However, the opening hours are not very friendly to those people who want to do workout after 9pm since it closes at 9pm weekdays and 6pm weekends and holidays.

Going to Les Mills Howick since a few months now, classes are awesome, instructors are very fun and they really motivate everyone. Friendly staff and good facility! Love it!

Various classes and convenient facilities are good. In particular, RPM studio is the best. There are many virtual classes, so you can use them at any time according to the timetable. Staff are friendly.
