5stars for being the best value gym around & staff always smile nicely. Busy but thats kinda expected being this good value. Doesnt matter if u hunky or chunky, just dont smell funky.. then sign up

Great setup with quality facilities – clean, well-maintained, and offering a positive environment to work out.nThe staff are friendly and welcoming, and there's a good range of cardio machines, cable equipment, and free weights. Like most gyms, it gets busy during peak times, but it's still manageable to complete a workout. The ample onsite parking is another great convenience.

The older staff set a great standard with how welcoming and friendly they were to members. Since the new manager started, that same level of engagement isn’t there, and bringing that back would make a noticeable difference to the gym’s atmosphere. The vibe has changed, and it's less inviting when coming and going.

John does an outstanding job fixing the machines. He keeps everything updated and makes them feel brand new. Excellent work, mate.

Since new management took over the atmosphere at the gym has noticeably changed. The staff no longer seem approachable as they once were, and overall environment seems less positive. The friendly energy has gone, however equipment is great and clean gym.
