Lovely gym and big also. Will be coming back again to do my workouts. Clean and at such a nice location.

Well there is no privacy at all with gym being over crowded all the time and lack of some basic guidelines for patrons to respect other people space and privacy. The customer would talk endlessly on phones disregarding fellow customers privacy and space, there should be some private space if people wish to talk on phones and stuff as there is always something important to attend to. The management at gym should seriuosly consider this as it is very annoying at times when some close to you talks loudly and endlessly over the phone while you are trying to do your workout.

Good gym with lots of machines just is so incredibly busy. Exchanging a few cross trainers where I hardly see more than two people using them at a time for a couple more stair masters would be great, often have to miss the stair master as I cant get one. Yes you can go during off peak but if you go other than 1-4am expect to have to work your works around whats available. Also no where near enough cleaning stations if you actually want us to wipe down equipment after use.

Giving 1 Star because Zero is not an option. My experience with this fitness club has been nothing short of appalling. Their conduct reflects a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. I was charged fees incorrectly, without any prior notice, explanation, or consent. To make matters worse, when I approached them for a resolution, they refused to provide a refund for their own mistake.nThe staff displayed an untrustworthy and dismissive attitude, offering no support, no accountability, and no genuine effort to rectify the situation. Their approach is unhelpful, careless, and deeply disappointing for an establishment that claims to value its members.nThis club has proven itself to be unreliable, unethical, and entirely indifferent to customer concerns. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value transparency, honesty, and basic customer service.

Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I felt it was important to acknowledge his kindness and professionalism.nnFollowing an earlier situation at the gym that left me feeling unsettled, he took the time to check in on me, asking if I was okay and doing well. His genuine concern and thoughtful approach truly stood out, especially considering he was the only staff member who responded with such care when the matter was initially raised.nnNot only was his response exceptional in that moment, but I’ve also heard similar positive feedback from other gym members. It’s clear he consistently carries himself with respect, kindness, and professionalism—a real gentleman.nnI want to extend my heartfelt thanks to him. His support made a real difference, and I believe he deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides.
