CityFitness Botany

With all the signs, would think people would take care use roll on or spray. Not hard for people to use it and not smell. Not nice smelling you gross BO. No hygiene in most people that go. Do better.

Extremely disappointed in Botany City fitness! Had a lovely worker at the gym approach me as a wheelchair user suggesting that I have access anytime via my keycard to the gym as you are unable to enter/exit without a staff member’ assisting. She even stayed longer to ensure I could exit. Great idea and suggestion however the manager Sarah? made every excuse under the sun not to enable 24/7 access via the disabled access. Disappointed as the gym is LGBTQ+ friendly however not inclusive for those who have disabilities..

It takes forever to fix a faulty equipment then the next one is faulty too!! Really terrible at this.

Good gym however quite small. During peak time it will be hard to get use of gym equipment. Plentiful parking is a plus

Walked in to ask about the memberships, one staff on the phone and did not speak to me waited a good five minutes, then a guy came out and said.. yes do you want to commit for one year? And I asked.. like you to explain the membership options to me and sell it so I can understand what is what.. he continue you want to commit to a membership for one year? And I said I am not sure, it really up to being locked in. On a membership.. acted irritated I was even asking anything at all.. told him maybe I should just go and thanked him.. then I see he is a manager.. hello!nThey should be kinder to people that are not knowledgeable of the gym scene…
