F45 Training Remuera

Loving my first couple of months at F45 Remuera. The coaches are friendly and helpful with getting you to push your limits. The sessions are always high energy, well structured, and constantly varied.nnThe team environment makes it easy to stay consistent. Joining F45 Remuera has simply been life changing! I’ve been a member for 2 years now, not only has it been super beneficial for my health and fitness, but I have also formed friendships that will last a lifetime. F45 Remuera isn’t just a gym, it’s a community. The trainers are so welcoming and make the effort to get to know you as a person, as well as knowing when you need that extra push in the class! From a ex-gym girl who never attended class workouts before, I’m definitely never going back!

Completed 100 classes with F45 Remuera and I must say it has become an addiction. The trainers are top notch , right from correcting your form and helping to push yourself they are with you to help you.nI would say joining f45 was one step f the best investments I made for my health
