CityFitness St Lukes

The manager short white male is extremely rude and unpleasant. Never seen him have a positive interaction with a member. He is unprofessional and not equipped to be in a leadership position. You need customer service and people skills if you are in a customer facing role. The gym is not well maintained. It's dirty and the machines are often not working. I avoid this gym compared to other city fitnesses.

The gym is severely overcrowded because memberships are being sold beyond the gym’s actual capacity. During peak after work hours, it’s almost impossible to get access to machines, and waiting times can exceed 20 minutes. Some equipment has only one machine available, which makes the situation even worse.nnThe management should know and respect the gym’s capacity instead of offering memberships to everyone who walks in. There needs to be a proper system to control crowd levels. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Can something be done about the after hours entrance at St Lukes? Swiped in, and because I had to pull the bar back slightly to get my bag through, it locked. I had to wait 7 minutes before I could try again. I wasn't the only one this happened to, there was another person waiting around who it also happened to. Other people who were coming in were also mentioning that they've had the same issue.

Im new to gyms been going for couple months now here. A great gym I must say. Plenty of equipment to use and my muscle growth and fitness levels have improved so much. Highly recommend this place of fitness.
