Great gym with good equipments. Vin, the manager, are super friendly and helpful. I love going to him when I needed help with anything. All the other staffs are also very friendly. The only downside of this gym is that it can get extremely busy on Mondays and Tuesdays. Would be great if they could get more equipments so we don’t have to wait around.

Our local gym! We like it here just as much as Newmarket : just the right sized gym with pretty much everything you need + great view at the front. Conveniently located at the mall too!

A decent gym that is always very clean. Main issues is that it is very busy and if you go during a peak time you will be waiting forever to use a cable tower. Also there is no Hammer strength machines plate loaded machine weights, which every other City fitness I have been to has. There is a good amount of cardio machines

started here a month ago and it’s awesome done 1 yoga class an the teacher was really welcoming love this place and you don’t have to be stuck in a contract

This gym has very little cables to use. The gym equipment is always under repair. Some staff will kick you out of the gym for wearing certain types of shoes that other gyms don't mind. Some staff are disrespectful. Also you are not allowed to take your shoes off when doing exercises like the hack squat and general squats. Also always very busy.
