Been working out at city fitness forever came to this location on Tuesday and it is much quieter and cleaner than a lot of the other locations. Huge shout out to the staff when I was there shorter blonde girl saw her actually cleaning up the gym and making sure weights were put away properly. Didn’t catch her name but she deserves a huge shout out!! Will be back at this location more often

This CF is generally quieter than other locations on the Shore, but the staff there are very welcoming and it’s always clean and tidy. The gym is separated into 3 different areas: cardio, cables & machines and free weights downstairs with Yoga classes also available. Very roomy and heaps of space to do your own thing around the gym. Love the large changing rooms and the shower water pressure is great.

Always quiet here when I come compared to other cityfitness branches in Auckland.nnGreat selection of machines and free weights I just wish there was a chest supported t bar row which would make this gym a definite go out of my way to train here.nnStaff are definitely some of the nicest you'll meet.

Ever wondered what it’s like to work out beside a deep‑fryer? Come to this gym. The aircon works about as hard as I do on leg day — which is to say, not enough. One whiff from the cardio back row and you’ll be questioning your life choices.nFor a place that charges bank fees like a second mortgage, you’d think they’d invest in ventilation that doesn’t feel like a warm exhale.nBut here’s the twist: 5/5. Why? Because unlike my local CityFitness landfill with dumbbells, this place’s 80s‑mall labyrinth vibe scares off enough people that I can actually get a machine.

im new to north shore and this gym is cleaner than my previous gym. parking was ok and staff were helpful
