This bft is a top quality gym with great staff and a great community. The staff are inviting and supportive but also incredibly knowledgeable, they offer support for all fitness levels and for any goals you may have. I'm super grateful to be part of this gym, it's helped me get my fitness back on track postpartum and as a retired athlete finding a new purpose in my fitness journey.
It a great Gym, different sessions everyday, Warm and Caring Staff and great people that attend. Being going for 6 Months as a first time joining a Gym lost 7kg. Good place to go what ever your age is.
