They’re knowledgeable, provide so many words of encouragement and constantly motivate me. They’re also continuously checking form and giving modifications where necessary, i.e. pushing me to work harder, which I really appreciate!nnThe workouts are so much fun, they play great music, and every day is different, so it never gets boring.nnF45 is addictive – I look forward to every class.
