Flex Fitness Howick is an awesome gym! The equipment is top-notch and always well maintained, and I love that it’s open 24/7 so I can fit workouts around my schedule. The place is kept really clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming, it never feels intimidating. The staff are friendly, approachable and genuinely make the effort to get to know members. There’s a great mix of people training here, and it has such a positive vibe. Easily the best gym I’ve been to in the area!

Flex Fitness Howick is hands down the best gym I’ve trained at. The atmosphere is unreal — always motivating, positive, and welcoming no matter your fitness level. I’ve trained at a lot of gyms, but Flex Fitness Howick is on a completely different level. This state of the art, two-storey gym has absolutely everything you could dream of, and the layout is so well thought out that there’s always equipment available, even multiples of the most popular machines like squat racks, Smith machines, and cables. To top it off, the staff are friendly, supportive, and genuinely care about your experience. I can’t recommend this gym highly enough
