Bought family feast today, all the chicken pieces were very dry. I’m not happy!

Tell me why everyone else’s food came first and they literally had their orders taken while I was sitting here. Multiple people not just 1. And we just ordered a burger and chicken. Make it make sense . On top of that I went to order at the checkout and then someone was starting to serve me then another worker told her to stop serving me and to go pack orders… I get wanting to finish the orders that are there already but stopping her when she was already serving me isn’t cool bro. Turn off your fake customer service voice fr.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Rude service, cold food and half my meal not there... ordered a ultimate zinger burger box, no burger... basic customer service and food and can't get anything right.

My 7 year old sister who has autism couldn’t go to the toilet because we had to wait until our payment went through to buy something ! my little sister then peed her pants all over the floor so hope u guys have fun cleaning that up u bunch of losers !

This manager here is so blunt and rude, she needs to learn more people skills. And the way she handled our food where she just dumps it on the tray like dog food is very disrespectful considering that we are paying for our food this behavior is unacceptable.
