FOOD was good. The chicken was fresh, not always getting it like thatnSERVICE hate touch screensnATMOSPHERE was ok. The bathroom needs a gradenNote wasn't so sure we were to parknIf you are going the 1st time

Went through the drive through, these guys have taken the F out of fast food, no cars in line, took ages, when she finally asked me for my order I had to repeat it 4x, then again at the window and looked at me like it was my problem, when I was at the window I just said nothing to her as she just buggered around getting my order , unreal poor service, can't blame it on being buzzy as no one else was in athe que and shop was quiet, 14:30 today it was ,nFood was hot ill give yous that but you're taking the piss out of FAST food, lazy attitude and service

Obviously the staff aren't trained in people skills. It's time staff realized it is the customers paying there wages. The chicken didn't have much taste to it. the little meat i could get of the bones And i hope someone will teach the staff, when the phone rings you pick the it up and answer it.

I ordered 3 pieces deluce approx 30 minutes ago thru drive through. I was looking forward to it but when I opened packet no spoon to eat potatoe and gravy and coleslaw please staff check orders.

Otahuhu has always been a favorite place to go before but now the service is pretty bad! How come you people don't answering the phone anymore or you wait and it just cuts you off a few seconds!! So rude! My daughter has been trying so many times on different days and same problem! There is no message telling you to hold or you're in number so in line! What's happening! You don't accept calls anymore then what's the point of having a phone number or has the number changed. At least let us know the number has changed or you don't take calls anymore. Disappointed customer, now heading to Panmure and Glen Innes, better service.
