KFC Otahuhu

Ordered a 3 piece Spicy deluxe quarter pack. Was missing the Moro bar and the regular coleslaw. And on top of that, the chicken pieces were 2 chicken wings and 1 really burnt and flattened breast piece. Worst KFC! Your employees are lazy!!

I went to get kfc wicked pack at 9pm order and take my food went home and open. up and see the condition of my chicken was very disgusting disappointed how kfc even server there customer this kind of soggy chicken white skin not crispy at all I just live 2 min away from otahuhu kfc so can't blame on the time that the chicken sit in the bag wicket wing not even a single of crispy and tast like old oil very disappointed

. So disappointed. I ordered a zinger stnger… didnt get my bread roll didnt get my regular piece of chicken. Gutted

Food was fresh, hot, and actually crispy — way better than expected. Chicken was juicy and the fries were cooked just right. Nothing was cold or soggy like other places.nnThe store was really clean too, even the bathrooms. Tables were wiped down, bins weren’t overflowing, and everything looked well-kept.nnStaff were friendly and fast, got my order right with no issues.nHonestly one of the better KFCs I’ve been to. Will definitely come back.

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC drivethru this afternoon 18/08/2025 at 3 pm. I ordered a 3pc Deluxe Quarter Pack $19.99, but the staff member mistakenly charged me for three of them instead of one, along with my aioli slider. This brought the total to about $63, which was clearly incorrect.nnWhen I politely asked if the order could be corrected, the response I received was not professional. Instead of handling the situation in a calm and helpful way, the attitude shown left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.nnOn top of that, I was not given the Moro bar or the coleslaw that are meant to come with the meal. This made the experience even more disappointing.nnMistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are resolved. For a brand like KFC, I expected much better. KFC needs to ensure their customer service is well-managed and staff are trained to deal with customers respectfully and efficiently.
