KFC Otahuhu

Had a fantastic experience at KFC Otahuhu! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, especially the crispy chicken and chips. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well organized. A big thank you to Parisa for her lovely customer service she was welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Always a great place when you want a tasty meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the best KFC in Auckland. The food is always a hit here, and it has to be said. Every time I come here, it slaps.nnThe chicken is exceptional, you can taste the seasoning - it’s so fresh and tasty. The chips are often hot and cooked perfectly..nnThe staff are really accomodating and clearly do their jobs very well. People often say this store is the best, and they travel far and wide to get it!nnThe owners of this franchise need to know they are very lucky, because not many KFC stores are this good.nnTeam, please keep it up, it does not go unnoticed

Every time i visit this kfc, The managerIndian male, is always going over and above for customers and also the way he treats his staff is very hard to come by, I told him he needs to be acknowledged for his outstanding customer service level! He should teach all kfcs the same, I see him cleaning serving helping and always as a smile, takes time with all customers requests weather good or bad he honestly is the nicest man, Sumit your the man!! I drive from manurewa just to come to otahuhu just because of your service,nnId like to mention that kfc toilets need a hot bleach as they stink like male urine, other than that, his store is the cleanest in auckland I have found,

Really disappointed. Ordered a boneless bucket, and thought the texture was off .. only to discover some of the chicken pieces were raw ! My partner vomitted after and we threw it all out .. I managed to take thids picture but there were far worse ones.

Had a great time at KFC! The food came out fresh and delicious, and the crispy chicken was spot on. Parisa, one of the team members, was really welcoming and made the service smooth and enjoyable. The place was tidy and well maintained, which I appreciated. A solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal — would happily visit again!
