We recently stopped by for Lunch, before heading back to Palmerston North. Just wanted to thank for the great service by the staff at duty, including the Manager [Bali] very friendly and kind to us and our little ones.nGreat service at KFC Papatoetoe and will definitely visit again!

Had a great time at KFC last Friday. The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff were really friendly and efficient. A special shoutout to the manager, Bali, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and great leadership made the whole visit even better. Will definitely be coming back!

The service which we had yesterday 21/06/25 with the night shift manager was so pathetic. We ordered classic chicken meal and therefore we wanted it make it spicy as the self service order did not had spicy option for that menu which we ordered. We told the staff that we wanted to make it spicy so the staff said you need to talk with the manager . The manager came and she said she can't change it. But as when ever I order I always tell the staffs to change it they always change it for us. She was bit rude to us and the experience we had we honestly did liked it at all as a customer we should be given respect
