I visited KFC papatoetoe today, and I was really disappointed with my experience. The food I received was not properly cooked, and one of the staff members was extremely rude. I expect better quality and service from KFC. Please make sure your team maintains proper food standards and treats customers respectfully.
The best KFC I have ever been to. Used to be my local when I lived down the road. Been to so many others but nothing compares to this store. Everything is always so fresh and efficient service every time! Keep it up!

We recently stopped by for Lunch, before heading back to Palmerston North. Just wanted to thank for the great service by the staff at duty, including the Manager [Bali] very friendly and kind to us and our little ones.nGreat service at KFC Papatoetoe and will definitely visit again!
Best kfc in South Auckland honestly trust me, you must come here! The team are awesome and the food's always hot and tasty as it should be!!
