KFC Mangere Central

Myself and my partner came through the drive thru this evening, spending roughly over $50. The chips were soggy, we only live 2 minutes away and we noticed the chicken was NOT cooked properly. It’s good we noticed it while we did, such a shame though we got put off and didn’t eat much of it. A waste of money I’ll say. Please do better with checking the temperatures for your chicken.

Reason for low zero star: I made an order via the app to be delivered. I received the order with half the items missing. I am sure the delivery guy did not take any item as the parcel was packed close. Called them, no answer. Called them the next morning, no response.

Went to this KFC and faced absolutely rude hostile bullying staff ever. Every staff was a grey about something and was taking it on the customers. Had to wait for over 20 mins to place my order and still all the staff was busy catering to the drive thru and uber eats/ door dash pick orders. I asked respectfully how long do I have to wait to get my order taken and one male staff rudely and intimidatingly said they will take my order when they are free. I asked how much time till U r free and he said again with anger when they are free. After a couple of mins he comes and I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was another story. The lady have me a fake apology and said do U want me to take ur order. And then walked away. I asked for the name of the male staff and the manager but all the staff ignored me as if I didn't exist anymore. Never ever go to this KFC unless U ordering from the drive thru.

Great service. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Chicken is always hot and fresh. One of the fastest drive through on the south side. Staff take out time to have a conversation with the customers here. Service is fast but not rushed. They also offer great delivery services.

Just wanted to write a good review for Zee and also her colleague that were both working tonight Monday 1st of July drive through! they had such amazing service they were super fast and they were both so lovely I wish we had more people like Zee and her colleague thank you both once again I wish you both all the best in the near future!
