Really nice modern and clean room/furnishing, great place to stay if you're more about simply staying while adventuring throughout the day. Location is really convenient with the bus stop right outside the hotel...however the room has the worse toilet/shower section I've ever seen, its just glass pane which doesn't lock or seal, never seen anything like that before and never want to again.
Came here to celebrate the wife’s 40th birthday with our little one. Staff were friendly from the get go, everyone from the check in staff, to the bar/restaurant staff. The rooms were nice and roomy with your normal amenities. Very clean room, with cutlery, coffee machine & a microwave. The shower was not a water saving one, and felt awesome to be under the shower head actually surprised the wife wasn’t in there for an hour at a time.nComplimentary breakfast was of high standard, with my 4 year old asking for bacon for the rest of the day. We had dinner here twice, and even though there was hardly anyone eating here, I definitely give the thumbs up to the quality of food.nThe hotel is just a quick walk into town, however the walk back up the hill somewhat sucks. And the view!!!! Really going to miss waking up to that view of the mountains in the morning.nOnly downfall was the bed - it just felt like something was wrong with it, so pulled out the sofa bed for one nights sleep to give my back a rest. But other than that, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area. Would definitely come back if revisiting Queenstown.
This hotel is up the hill from town. If walking up and down a fairly steep incline is difficult for you, then plan on using public transportation to see the sights.nnThe hotel itself is fabulous. The front staff was the friendliest of all of the hotels I encountered while in Australia and New Zealand. There is a nice sitting area/restaurant to hang out in.nnBreakfast was great. They had a fancy espresso machine. Food consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, pastries, cereal, and more.nnI had a burger and fries from the hotel restaurant. It was very tasty.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, easy walk into town and close to local bus services. Hotel room and hotel itself is very clean. Complimentary buffet breakfast is the best.
5 stars all the way, a real hidden gem. The hotel and staff were next level fabulous my favourites Richard and Gaelle were so helpful and made the stay extra special. In fact all the staff seemed really happy. The hotel had a really nice vibe. I enjoyed also the feel of the lounge reception area where you could relax or work from and see the mountains in plain view. I don't often writes reviews but I will certainly be back. My family of four have had such a wonderful day. The rooms were perfect and spacious we stayed in a King Suite overlooking the mountains perfect set up for pleasure & work. Super close to the town centre. Thanks for making out hotel stay in Queenstown extra special. Thanks Christine
