Ramada Queenstown Central

Rooms are ok a little small but they have washer and dryer.nService was not good. The woman at breakfast looked irritated and not happy the reception staff is fine however they wanted to charge me $10 for a lost room key which is ridiculous. They didn’t at the end but they charge for everything extra.nLocation is good close to town

I've just returned from a 4 night stay and wish to state the following:nPros- great location, very comfortable beds, fair price for Queenstown, perfect air conditioning unit, fantastic views.nCons- pathetic Housekeeping that did not clean mugs/ glasses for 3 days.nRooms are not vacuumed properly at all, not prior to occupancy , nor during stay.nSoiled face towels not replaced during stay.nPoor attempt at bed making.nBin in Bathroom not emptied.nFor a 4 star hotel, would have expected a higher quality of bathroom complimentary toiletries shampoo/ conditioner/ shower soap.nManagement should address the Housekeeping issue or lack thereof ASAP, in my opinion. Highly recommend the Ramada! Clean rooms and lovely amenities. This hotel was perfect for our trip to the snow with a drying room and close proximity to the bus stops. Short walk into town made it an ideal location.

Location is good but requires steel uphill walk from the town. Rooms are newly renovated and washer and dryer was amazing but bathroom has no counter space or hook to hold toiletries bag.

Recently stayed in a studio apartment lakeview for 3 nights.nnPros: Very central and walking distance to the main part of the city just a steep hill coming back. Room was clean. Great that it was self contained and had a washer/dryer. Bed comfortable.nnCons: None reallynnParking: Saw a lot of comments about lack of parking/costs. We saw it on the website at time of booking and emailed them requesting it as we knew we'd need it and had no issue when we arrived it is very limited but again is clearly stated on website. We stayed in QT outside of the city earlier in our trip and and found most city parking was time limited or averaged $3.10 per 30mins so was cheaper to park/stay here and walk.nnOverall would stay here again
