Central Ridge Boutique Hotel

We stayed for 5 nights at this lovely boutique hotel from Jan 8-13 2023. We had a fabulous stay and can’t fault a thing. The rooms are gorgeous & spacious the bathrooms are modern & the mattress was comfy with large bed the staff are so kind & the house keeper is excellent. The breakfast is lovely including a coffee machine & pastries. The location is excellent right in the centre of town & easy walking distance to everything. My partner & I eloped during our stay & the staff made it so special for us coming back to champagne & truffles. The manger Missy is so kind. We will definitely be coming back & recommend this place to anyone.

Loved our stay here. Cannot find fault. Great location and such friendly staff. So much better than staying at a large hotel chain. The room was generously sized and really well styled. We'll definitely be back here!Rooms: 5/5

Decent sized rooms. Bathroom was very old tho. Great location. Morning breakfast was Museli and cereal, no hot breakfast was available. Good enough for a short stay in Queenstown

Paid $1500 for 3 nights in a very average hotel with no views or outdoor area. Shower over bath was awkward to get in and out of. No soap in the shower dispenser. Staff were lovely.Rooms: 2/5

Stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon and the staff made it very special. Beautiful room and hotel. Bed was very comfy!

This place is brilliant - I think they combine the relaxed atomosphere of NZ with providing comfort and top quality service that I assume happens in Japan - I thouroughly enjoyed this hotel Rooms: Beautiful and comfortable rooms - loved the underfloor heated bathroom floors brilliant in Winter - didn't love climbing over side of bath into shower but once in - shower was great Happy hour was nice even though I don't drink Food & drinks: As said Happy hour was nice with a range of savoury and sweet snacks to nibble on before dinner Breakfast choices were good

A warm welcome with a comfortable bed and a soundproof spotless room. We enjoyed a complimentary wine/beer and nibbles with an easy walk to the centre of town. This hotel even had a sauna room and parking was not charged. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.Rooms: 5/5

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. We were treated very well by the staff, and enjoyed our room with a balcony overlooking the gondolas, spa bath with complimentary bath salts, smart tv, beautiful room decor, and complimentary drinks hour where we could help ourselves to drinks and snacks. Breakfast was also a delight. The location is perfect- a 5 min walk to the main strips of Queenstown. We would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay here - staff extremely friendly and helpful, room 21 was delightful with fantastic views. Hotel was very close to town, so we could walk to everything. Lounge area was great, which would be perfect for socialising before walking to town. Highly recommended!

Literally a few minutes walk to the town center and 10 minutes to the gondola. Oasis room lovely with balcony looking up to skyline. Super comfy bed and cozy room. From the scented toiletries, mood lighting and the little extras, it's well worth it.
