Recently needed the help of Filco,s, found them very responsive, professional, and helpful. With regards to Harley anyway, I always used to deal with Rolling Thunder in Christchurch. The Nelson guys are just as good or better, no brainer. Also I know Dave the owner personally ,and can categorically say, he is a good bugger as well.

Bust one of my suspension seals while touring. Urgently needed to repair as needed to be on the ferry writhin 3 days. The guys at Filco jumped onto it and got the seals in, booked in for repair. When I arrived 50min late they immediately took my bike in and started work, they also recommended changing the brake pads, which I agreed. Within 2 hours the job was done. Replacing both seals and fluids + brake pads. I highly recommend these guys, they are friendly,nknowledgeable, and service is amazing. Pricing was very reasonable too. Thanks all at Filco for helping me out. Great team!

Went into Filco to ask how I go about tightening the chain on my motorbike and they took my bike into the workshop, gave me a full run down while tightening it on what to do as well as gave me some other general maintenance tips. Great service, great knowledge, absolutely made my life a whole lot easier. Thank you.
