Needed new tires fitted, They gave good advice. Held themselves accountable for a minor mistake that was made and gave me a discounted price on labor. They also went further by giving the bike a proper check over and told me what else needed attention even though it was just a tire change. Then they finished it off by giving my bike a clean out of kindness. Absolute legends, awesome customer service, would recomend.
Needed new tyres for my bike and the team were great in their recommendations. Great job and customer service. Once back I had a minor problem with tyre valves which the team sorted quickly for no charge. All good
Brought our new Rocket 3 GT this year, Filco did the first 1000k service initially and was a great price bike came back running like a dream, then we purchased all available accessories through them, the service was fantastic, they helped me with a ride home after dropping bike and they really do have an experienced team, Bike came back looking like the bike out of the Mad Max thunderdome movie, Discription given from there service manager Travis, I hate taking my vehicles to any mechanic, I don't trust anyone with all the stories you here and experiences I have had through out the years with but I can honestly say I felt confident and didn't worry once, you need work done talk to Travis he is so helpful and you will be dealt with reslectfully and honestly, even his Yankee accent rubs off on you in no time , he is class, We are so happy with our bike and the work done, the quick shifter is insane that they also fitted Thanks Filco don't let that man go, great friendly team, friendly banter, I will be doing all my services there from here on with them.
I was looking for some new riding gear so I thought, let's try Filco.nTheir selection is suitably expansive, covering all bases I had no trouble finding what I needed.nThe tentative staff helping with selection and advising on reccomended gear made the whole process too easy.nFantastic service. A+
These guys were awesome, all very friendly and went out of their way to have a tyre replaced at short notice even though they were understaffed that morning. Must have had the best deals in NZ on tyres at the time as well, cant rate them high enough.
