Broadgreen Historic House

What a marvellous place! Definitely worth visiting. Unfortunately, when we visited, the rose garden wasn't in its full glory, but the house had lots of unique and interesting things to see, read about and interact with. Thank you to lovely volunteers who told us some interesting facts about the place!

Historic homestead located in Nayland Road, Stoke. Soourrounded by Samuel's Rose Garden that is well worth a visit especially in spring. A lovely historic property with a fantastic rose garden! Bring a picnic or just read a book in the shade. It’s a great spot to relax.

Not at all what I was expecting. I only 'popped in' because I was passing, I stayed for ages. So many old items beautifully preserved, the Fatal Fashion facts were fascinating and the house itself felt like 'home'. So well cared for and maintained. The ladies who work there do it for love, you can tell, so helpful and informative. A wonderful afternoon. Thank you x
