These guys are absolutely awesome. I'm one of those dreaded home DIY'er customers and came in to buy three 5cent washers for a vintage outboard that's all imperial and mostly obsolete. As you'd expect, the washers I needed don't exist but the team here at the Nelson Blacks took the time to explain how the sizing works and what options I had to make it possible for me to finish my project, rather than just directing me somewhere else to have them custom made.nI really appreciate the team taking the time to genuinely help me out and the great advice they gave me, despite the fact that I was only buying a few cents worth of their product which they ended up just giving to me for free anyway.nBest customer service I've ever had from a store.
