Ernest Rutherford Retirement Village

It is a beautiful location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If I ever need to be in a retirement complex I hope it will be as bright and positive feeling at this one.

Have to comment on the cafe.nWent for a coffee and nibble with one of the residents there today.nAbsolutely recommend to anyone,residing or public to call in.nCafe staff so friendly and savoury scone was divine.nGreat service.n150%

Staff is caring, professional, and seem to genuinely enjoy being there. Every room here that I've seen has been clean, quiet, bright, and not bad smelling. I'm confident that my elderly grandfather has a much higher quality of life here than even our large family could offer him at home, because of the peaceful, predictable routine and the unfalteringly lovely, well-trained caregivers.

Tidy lovely caregivers there and the lady was very helpful to us. Took a long time to sign in though due to the covid 19 information that they required however it was lovely to visit a family member, the TV going in the lounge was not so loud that we couldn't hear each other which was good.

My parents were living here, it has amazing facilities including heated pool, spa, library, cafe with awesome food and an extremely cheap Friday evening happy hour! Staff are super friendly and helpful
