Dunkin' Donuts

Served by a miserable young lady, based my selection on size of donuts as some where tiny. When I got mine , see photos one of my apple cinnamon donut was definitely shrunk, terrible quality will not be going back and again, when you can achieve poor service and poor product you thoroughly deserve only one star.

In the name of chocolate frosted, strawberry frosted, Eclair etc, they are just selling sugar coats in different color....no flavours! Donuts are below average in terms of taste n size. I wish I could make them taste donuts from my country India. Same brand but huge difference... Quality there is far far better!

Hey, do you guys know about dunkin donuts Lincoln road? Are you guys planning on going there? In my opinion, it's disgusting!! It's literally fake! The coating of the donut is made out of sugar. They are just looting us! DO NOT GO THERE!

Love Dunkin donuts unfortunately the customer service at this branch needs to be worked on. The young lady on today 21.5.22 looked like she did not want to be there. We had to repeat our order four times before it soaked in.

Easy order thru Uber and great coffee.

Staff are lovely and the donuts and coffee never disappoint. Dunkin' Donuts is my 'go to' place for sweet treats. Nice to take home a box to share or even at the office. No one ever turns them down.

love the donuts hated the customer service, the older lady there always looks like she is bothered, no smiling or a hello, even though I'm always friendly and was happy for donuts yes I've gone multiple times so it can't be because "she's having a bad day" she even had a conversation with her friend while I waited for 5 minutes being glanced it once in a while but ignored service by her, I just bought cookies from subway and left hurt. I've had enough and felt unwelcomed for no reason so had to leave this review! She is the only reason I don't want to come to this location, I would've understood her dislike, blunt and no friendly smile "What do you want, hurry up and leave" demeanor if I did something wrong, but I haven't .
