Domino's Pizza Henderson NZ

If I could rate this store -1 I would. We had a corporate event, and the order was 20min late with no call to update us, instead it was marked as delivered to site online but there was no driver in sight. Only when we phoned the store, and after many unanswered calls, did the driver finally call us back. Then the order was missing a pizza and no it took another 30min to resolve the issue over the phone, to only get told they will remake the pizza and deliver it in another 25min. So, when the missing pizza arrives, it has two extra free pizzas with it, but the problem is here that the one we needed was GF and wasn’t marked so we now didn’t know which is which. Highly disappointed with the overall service and lack of communication and apologies at the store. Will most definitely be taking out company orders elsewhere in future.

They don’t know how to make cheese volcano pizza. Charging $12 for little joke

Staff totally not interested in what they are doing...Pizzas and meeting people. Slack communication skills and personally I never buy pizzas but it sealed it for me....Haven't been missing out on anything. Won't go back

Very average. Reason for 2 starts is the staff attitude and venue cleanliness.nStaff at the back making the pizzas were working fast but didn't have much care for the product. We had mushroom added after the cook because they forgot about them however that only ended up with a countable amount.nExtreme problems with the app when ordering on the way and found we had to do the order again on arrival.nThe overall look and feel of the place was dirty. Rubbish on the floor, holes in the seat. It just needed some love.

Haven't ordered here in ages, now I Know why. You pay extra 3$ for supposedly more toppings yet, well photos speak for themselves. Tbh, only reason we went w dominos last night was because pizza hut for some reason was closed. Was very disappointed be felt slightly ripped off.
