Domino's Pizza Henderson NZ

Ordered from Domino’s Swanson and was honestly very let down. The pizza was dry all the toppings were scattered unevenly, with most of them falling off before I could even take a proper bite. To make it worse, the chilli flakes were dumped all on one side no balance at all! It felt rushed and poorly made.

The store was super busy so it took 15mins from the time I ordered until the pizza was ready didn’t actually mind the wait. The quality of the food however was terrible, barely any sauce and hardly any cheese. Everything about it was just sad and disappointing. It reminded me of why I don’t buy Dominoes pizza anymore. I will definitely not go back again.

Ordered food via door dash. They canceled it, then when I called to speak to they hung up while I was still talking. Called them back and he was so rude telling me they dont do doordash even though last week we had done a door dash with them then straight up hung the phone up again.nSuch poor service.

We had a couple of issues with our orders from Dominos Henderson. First, a few weeks ago, we picked up a pizza that had something off and smelly on it. Although the team didn't take responsibility, they did offer a free pizza coupon, which we appreciated.nnHowever, our latest experience was even more disappointing. On Friday, May 30th, we ordered a pizza with sprinkle doughnuts for my 3-year-old daughter. Instead, they sent chocolate doughnuts, which upset her.nnWhen we called the Henderson store, the staff seemed unprofessional. They uninitially couldn't find our order, and when they finally did, the response was that they didn't have sprinkles in stock, so they sent chocolate doughnuts instead really?!.nnWe asked to speak to the manager, but despite saying he'd call back, it's been four days and we haven't heard from him. This lack of follow-up speaks volumes about their customer care.nn1/5 stars

We always get customized pizza from here.nThey always make nice pizza for us. Never had any issues. Nice staff too.
