Domino's Pizza Massey

In general I believe dominos has gone downhill- especially their service. I was pleasantly surprised though to find that the massey store so far seems to value good customer service.nYesterday I had a lovely lady who seemed to care sincerely whether I was happy with my pizza or not I was told her name was B.S?nI went back in today and service seems to be on the same level.nI truly appreciate good service so im pretty happy with this store.

Front of house staff struggled ro understand my order and after some time had passed before other staff realused we weren't getting anywgere someone came n took over, alveit resistently. Although Domino's is a cheaper option to eat out it just tastes like it was all slapped together with as minimal ingredients possible.

Fast and good service. Really like the orders I have . Will buy again.

Really disappointing experience! They 100% guarantee satisfaction - but actually they don't. Items missing, cold pizza, missing ingredients, just awful! When I tried to sort with them directly they didn't want to know and said I was wrong.

It was the worst experience for me to order pizzas from here. Compromise in taste ad well as No customer preference for them. 0 customer service. Money spent here is totally waste.and main thing they don't care about customer's words what did they say about toppings. just doing the things by theirself.dont know how to handle customer queries.
