McDonald's Westgate

I would love to give this place a solid 0 stars, fortunately for this monstrosity of a chain, you get one star. I am extremely discouraged and upset by the way your staff had spoken to me on the phone. I was told by a young girl to stop wasting her time, followed by a swift hanging up. This is completely unacceptable, it is not every day you come across somebody with a lisp and cerebral palsy, but when it comes that you do, why would you treat them like a monster. I am trying to stand up for what is right. This place is unacceptable. If the manager or in a case the girl that rudely hurt my feelings reads this review, I would like the girl to be spoken to and she must understand what a rude piece of rubbish she has been. I will not be coming here again. I hope you are happy to be losing a customer. Well done you.

Not only was the drive thru empty, they took a long time to give us our order, when we got home this is what my McChicken looked like, they didn’t bother to put in the mayo & lettuce ‍ waste my time and money.

The drive through line takes for a long long time due to not having enough staff. And finally when it is your turn they say that they do g have what you ordered. In our case was vanilla soft coin.

I lined up at the drive thru to order. There were only two people in front of me, but I waited for 20 minutes. The Indian staff who took the payment and served the food had a very, very bad attitude. This will be a delicious fast food supper for me ever had LOL

If only you could give a 0 star.nnSuper slow, always a line, orders are ALWAYS wrong, coffee is rank. Thank goodness another McDonald's is opening by Costco - let's hope the staff from this one don't try go work at the new one.nnThe only recommendation for this place is that perhaps you pay for your food as you get it. Whatever you order, you can gaurantee almost each time, it will be missing items and likely cold/not fresh.nnI've actually had to explain to their staff that they are paid for items in good faith BEFORE we receive our orders, simply not supplying what has been ordered is essentially theft. NEVER drive away without checking your whole order. Imagine if we just paid them $5 short because we couldn't be 'bothered' to pay the whole lot... we wouldn't get our food... so why should we pay for items they don't bother to supply.nnChildren's play area looks like it's never been cleaned. The floor is literally thick with grime. I wouldn't let my kids play here and it's a shame because they've gone to the expense of putting in a play area yet won't pay to have it cleaned.
