McDonald's Westgate

Just walk in and order a Mac Spicy combo + 20 pcs chicken nuggets and the boss burger. Take away and open the bag when home. no boss burger and there is no chicken thigh fillet instead of a MAC chicken . I don’t know what to say…

We purchased 2 fish burgers and 10 chicken nuggets there were 5 to 7 other people waiting it literally took some 15 to 20 minutes until we got our order to go. We were advised that a big order was being dealt with and an apology was given but it still took time for the food to be made and given to customers to go. Not sure why they werent able to process both seated and also food to go customers separately without delay.

Absolutely terrible service. Couldn't make up my order as they didn't have the chicken patties they needed. Didn't bother to tell me, just left me standing there while they served everyone that ordered after me. Sorry, but a free Apple Pie doesn't make up for it. Didn't even get an apology.nHealth and Safety point.....floors are greasy. If you're on crutches BE VERY CAREFUL. Mine slipped on the greasy floor.nWon't be visiting this store again.

Unsanitary. Flies everywhere. Slow. Rubbish left on tables for extended periods, and when after making a complaint tables are eventually and sluggishly cleared, they are not wiped; not a rag to be seen.nnFood remnants everywhere. Fly population seems to have taken up permanent residency in the place.nnThis is the worst MacDonald's I have ever seen. Staff appear to be untrained and the manager is out of his depth.nnQSCV Quality, Service, Value, Cleanliness used to the the mantra of this organization.nnFeels like it is right up there with 'Be Kind'.

Consistently one of the worst McDonald's in west Auckland, food is never put together properly, often missing parts of your order, and service is poor. Also for a '24hr drive thru' it seems to be closed an awful lot during the early hours of the morning.
