McDonald's Westgate

Went through the drive through for my grand daughter to get large fries. Didn't check the bag and drove away and stopped down the road to give it to her. Looked at the carton and thought wow wheres the chips, no not in the bag just lucky to be medium size not large. Quality control needed here. Very disappointing and not what's advertised. Shocking and cold. Felt like left overs. Not representing their brand at all. You should do better and take more pride in what you do.

We would like to thank Macy in particular for her help. The floor towards the children's play area and inside the area was so slippery. She attempted to wash it and dry it but, unfortunately it didn't help. It would appear it is the type of tiles. A real hazard. She then helped us with our orders and information on the app. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Macy fantastic service with a beautiful smile. The Hunter Family.

The coffee was filled with coffee grounds, Im not exaggerating. Was also boiling hot at the drivethrough. I got a mouthfull of coffee grounds and boiling hot coffee, I could not drink this and unfortunatly did not have time to go back to complain... Once I got home and strained the coffee, I could see just how much grounds were in the cup as you can see in the photo. Very disapointed and shocked at how it was so wrong.

Lowkey disappointing. Ubered a Big Mac from this branch and got a burger with no beef patties, just bread, cheese and lettuce. You gotta be braindead to forget the beef patties, it’s like the main part of the burger mate. Mind you the bag was sealed when I received my food, so I wouldn’t be able to tell prior to opening my food. Who are ya’ll hiring bruh. I get that I have to contact Uber but can you not just take accountability? Like who forgets to put 2 beef patties

Honestly one of the worst burgers I’ve had.nThe bun was burnt, the egg was dry and overcooked, and everything was falling apart. It felt like no care was taken when making this burgernVery poor quality for a takeaway breakfast. Won’t be returningnPhotos attached. This was purchased in the morning
