McDonald's Westgate

Not only was the drive thru empty, they took a long time to give us our order, when we got home this is what my McChicken looked like, they didn’t bother to put in the mayo & lettuce ‍ waste my time and money.

Horrible service! They always forget things - I got a combo with a sundae and, no surprise, they missed the sundae. When I went back to get it, one staff kept me waiting forever, walking around after I reminded her twice. She promised 'be right there' but then vanished. It's just a sundae - how complicated can it be? Another staff finally noticed me waiting and got me my sundae in one minute. So frustrating!

So how many peppers do you guys need to put in my burger? 90% Pepper 10% Burger.

I would love to give this place a solid 0 stars, fortunately for this monstrosity of a chain, you get one star. I am extremely discouraged and upset by the way your staff had spoken to me on the phone. I was told by a young girl to stop wasting her time, followed by a swift hanging up. This is completely unacceptable, it is not every day you come across somebody with a lisp and cerebral palsy, but when it comes that you do, why would you treat them like a monster. I am trying to stand up for what is right. This place is unacceptable. If the manager or in a case the girl that rudely hurt my feelings reads this review, I would like the girl to be spoken to and she must understand what a rude piece of rubbish she has been. I will not be coming here again. I hope you are happy to be losing a customer. Well done you.

This store really needs to be looked at. I came in-store to give the store a chance as I’ve experienced pretty slack drive thru before.. I purchased a McCafe Flat White from the kiosk and stood right next to the McCafe area. A lady called out my flat white from the register on the other side. I asked where the coffee was made, she said we have a coffee machine in the back. I asked if it’s from the machine or did a barista actually make it, which she responds “they’re all the same beans”. I asked for a refund and left. I don’t think this site understands the value in service. Blows my mind we’re in 2025 and this store just has bad experiences weekly. Who the heck is running the joint? I’d be reviewing all staff from the top to bottom, ain’t no way a franchise will tarnish an international name.
