the donuts from this store are way better than the city cbd store and the glenfield mall stall. they actually taste fresh and half decent. would get again but only from this store

The Westgate store does really nice coffee and shakes! I just pigged out on 2 filled donuts fresh and creamy and an espresso thick shake, it was perfect. Had a decafe coffee last time and that was also delicious. Did not expect them to have such nice drinks. Two nice ladies served me, I think they are Filipino, very friendly.

My wife just now went to this shop. My wife chose two different donuts and she went to front of counter. she say hello but one of staffs who old lady ignored my wife and then called another staff. Sound like she doesn't want to serve my wife. the staff packing one pack even the donuts are different type. in that time, another customer came and old lady staff was serving very nice and smiling. she said that even you buy two same donuts, I will pack different paper bag. this shop is very nice service. I think the best serving shop in the Auckland. Best of Best!!!

Donuts are good staff are useless. Sign says extra 50c for a fritter or 'deluxe' donut with a coffee combo According to your staff it's impossible. Flat out refused to even try. Also opening late because of staff issues I can understand but you have 4 staff in a tiny kiosk... that is fully staffed.

The most perfectly frothed milk poured over zero coffee grounds for a flat white. How do you make coffee that is so weak it tastes like less than half a teaspoon of instant coffee? A bizarre and yet intolerable experience. Coffee was poured out, not going back.

Amazing place. As good as any other dunkin' donuts.

Yum! Great service, always fast and professional. I prefer to crispy cream. Make sure you go before about 2 or 3 as not alot of options left.
