I hate to say this but this is by far one of the worst McD outlets I've been to in Auckland. The outlet is well presented, appears to be clean and hygienic however customer service needs some serious upgrade. Some of the staff members work really hard and look overworked but some on the other hand don't even smile back or respond to a greeting. They are rude, throw a horrible attitude, treat customers like subject of favour. If the management is seeing this please take this seriously and invest on training, coaching, developing your staff members. If they have issues, please listen to them and address their concerns asap as most look unhappy working here.
Nice coffee...could do a lot of work while sitting for coffee. Huge sitting space. McCafe is offering the best priced coffee in town.. At least $2 lesser than Starbucks on Lincoln road, Henderson
Honestly. We first ordered a meal contains a Big Mac combo without onions pickles and lettuce, and a double filet o fish burger combo. When we received it, there is a normal single layer fillet o fish, no large chips and the shredded onions and lettuce are added into the Big Mac. We were starving and disappointed. My partner can’t eat onions, he is allergic, so I have to order another meal, and I even texted the Uber driver to ask them to not put onions in it. He said the staff said yes. And ofc when we got it the onions were still there. Honestly. This is not the first time either. So disappointed with this branch.
Absolutely TERRIBLE service!! Sh!tiest maccas to go to. I never do reviews but these guys deserve to be outed. Literally just came home with my order and there's no freaking meat patty in the burger. This has happened for second time now. Like how the he'll do you miss the meat patty.
It's been a while since I had a McDonald's Experience like this in New Zealand. Normally the workers seem overworked and lazy but this restaurant was nice. Staff greeted me, clean toilets and very quick service. Chapeau! Food: 5/5
24hrs? 2:30am, see people ordering inside, just want a shake, door isn't opening, see the 24hr sign sticker on the door, get the ol not gonna open cut throat hand signal. Why couldn't the door open and I go order during its supposed 24hrs? sad.
Unfortunately this was another disappointing visit. The floor right up by the counter was incredibly oily and slippery, not the first time we've experienced this. Then, like the last couple of times, one of our coffees was forgotten, which left us with cold food by time we eventually got it 14 minutes. And more disappointing was our sausage and egg McMuffins arrived without an egg, in both muffins. Very disappointing and this was by no means the first time so we won't be back here.
Drive threw late nite, food was good and hot, service was good by staff. STREET KIDS JUMPING OUT OF BUSHES ASKING FOR MONEY ON DRIVE THREW ENTRY... NOT SO GOODFood: 5/5
Did not have to wait too long for my order. It was hot and I enjoyed my meal. Would go again.Food: 5/5
Pretty good mcD's I must say! If I was to criticize anything, it would have to be *Womens Rest Rooms ... 3 toilets, 2 washing stations but only 1 hand dryer.... nothing too complain about
