Always a bad experience with fully serving fries or meals .nThis isn’t a first , it happened like a lot. Buy large and medium but get served for medium or small amount. This includes ice creams or flurry’s it’s pricy yet we would want proper amount in it for the price.nFor serious Angus it’s a gourmet burger yet the lettuce seems to have hard stems . Like it’s suppose to be good classic for expensive .nnPlus if this keeps happening why take our money first and then serve like poorly . We all work our backs off in this cost of living crisis to receive meals not properly .nLike I understand busy times etc but Atleast serve meals for customers who pay properly who come during the day for dinner , lunch and breakfast.nnWe expect to have meals after hard working days ‍

I would give this 0 stars if I could. They don’t even deserve a 1. I was appalled at the food received when I ordered through drive thru. Surely the staff aren’t blind?????? How do you think it’s okay to give this to someone who is paying money?? Who hired the staff at this branch?? Because y’all better do something about your service. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Absolute BS!!!! DO BETTER

Purchased the grimace shake! x 3!nLooked exactly like the picture but so overly sweet! Berry flavour. Maybe depending on taste buds etcnThis maccas has never stuffed an order up of ours so far!

Food QC is very poornnOrdered a bacon egg muffin, a very strong gamey smell from bacon.nnAlso every time the same iced long back with extra shot I ordered, but taste is different every time, sometime it’s just fine, but sometimes it tastes like water with no flavour at all.

Terrible food somehow 90% of the time, at all hours of the day.nnPartner and I got food poisoning from this place for *not* the first time and apart from reporting to Health services, not much else you can do.nnCold fries, old burgers, Sundaes filled 1/3 of the way, unfair drivethrough order sometimes letting 3 cars on one side go before the otherside does. Just somehow managing to hit a 0/5 on every aspect of their service and atmosphere. And oh god dont even get me STARTED on the atmosphere inside the actual restaurant. Crackheads yelling and throwing things while actual school children are sitting right beside them, no one to actually serve you at the front desk when they inevitably mess something up with your order that you place at the kiosk that barely get cleaned might I add, sticky literally every single timennIn conclusion, GO TO WESTGATE! yes I know its an extra 10-15mins out of your way but youll thank me when your food isnt thrown into the bag and stomped on a couple times by the people behind the window.nnI would give this place 0 stars if I could.
