McDonald's Henderson

Every day McDonald's packaging is discarded on our streets from lazy, careless and dense humans.nWhile the council has removed many rubbish bins, McDonald's customers can't be bothered to find a bin or take their/your rubbish home. McDonald's customers and McDonald's must be ashamed or is this normal?

The art of putting all ingredients at the center of a circle....why is it so difficult for this particular McDonalds branch? It is clear that the staffs here made careful arrangements for my burger to disintegrate into pieces as I pick it up from the box.

Seriously not great. Not only is the manager yelling at staff in front of customers, but I also found mouldy lettuce in my breakfast. I brought it to the counter and after the person there talked to the manager, I was dismissed with “I already told her”. I just feel sorry for the uber eats guy next to me who’d been waiting for 15 minutes cause they couldn’t get his order or the number right. I just hope the health inspector comes in soon

Food is always good. I go thru the drivethru now as my last experience inside the shop was interesting. The handicap lady wiping the tables down spat on the table to clean the surface and when i complained to the manager who looked like he was around 18 he said there was nothing they could do, hence why i never go inside, just the drivethru for me now.

Used the drive through and was not happy with the RUDE young girl serving on there. Asked a question about the app as i wanted to use it but had to pay full price cause the app wouldn't work and in a RUDE attitude her response was it's not our app look it up. And then to make it worse the chips were cold and the nuggets were cold and old. Shocking food shocking service.
