I would give this 0 stars if I could. They don’t even deserve a 1. I was appalled at the food received when I ordered through drive thru. Surely the staff aren’t blind?????? How do you think it’s okay to give this to someone who is paying money?? Who hired the staff at this branch?? Because y’all better do something about your service. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Absolute BS!!!! DO BETTER

Rating of zero for everything!!nStaff at the Henderson Railside branch have no customer service whatsoever. None of them ever greet the customers nicely at the window and on our recent visit, they started shoving 2pce cup holders through the window when we had an order of 8 drinks altogether with no explanation of why she was giving the drinks like that. When asked if they had 4pce cup holders she replied no we don't have any in a very rude tone. Need better staff there with better customer service. They don't expect to put up with customer bullshit but we also shouldn't have to put up with their rudeness and ignorance. If you don't like dealing with people don't bloody work there! Simple!!

There must have been a change in management, as the quality was great when they first opened.nnAfter purchasing my meal, my partner and I parked in a spot that had no visible “no parking” signs. An older woman approached us, visibly annoyed, and told us we couldn’t park there. When I asked for clarification, she claimed it was affecting their vehicle order system—an explanation that felt unconvincing.nnAfter we finished eating, I noticed a younger staff member glaring at us as I disposed of our trash in the nearby bin. She then aggressively told me to leave, despite my explanation that I was already on my way out. I found it frustrating that she couldn’t provide any valid reason for why we couldn’t park there, especially since the lines were clearly marked like any other parking spot.nnI will be contacting management regarding this poor treatment and believe the current manager should be looked into. It’s disheartening to see both the service and food quality decline at a place I once enjoyed.

Every day McDonald's packaging is discarded on our streets from lazy, careless and dense humans.nWhile the council has removed many rubbish bins, McDonald's customers can't be bothered to find a bin or take their/your rubbish home. McDonald's customers and McDonald's must be ashamed or is this normal?
