Food was ok. Not a very clean or tidy BK location. Plenty of staff but none seem busy, yet the queue was long and slow moving. A small fries was missing and the were mysteriously forgotten about when I went to collect. Pretty average all round.
The line wasn't to long but it took 10 minutes to get a basic meal. The staff were not friendly at all. As far as I could see there were only 3 staff members on. My burger was cold and looked like the food equivalent of depression. The managers need to sort out more staff so your stores can handle the customers coming through and relieve pressure on the staff so the customers can have a better experience at your "restaurant"
Food was fine. As I was waiting, two customers left because the server was rude. Witnessed staff members laugh at a customer because of their order. Rubbish was thrown at me by staff, aiming for the bin and then laughed about it. Multiple menu options we not available which made customers leave. When I ordered by combo number the server had to look at the menu and still couldn't find it. Really incompetent staff tonight.
This place is disgusting. Drink machines covered in spills. The tables were dirty and the bins were full at 10am in the morning. I would understand if it was in the afternoon or busy but it was quiet which leads me to believe the bins were full from the day before. And worst of all the food was stale UPDATE: The manager of this store contacted me after this review and offered me a complimentary meal. Four months later I returned and he honoured that offer. The meal was right first time round and served hot The restaurant was also in much better condition. Thank you Harim
Burger patty on my creamy mayo cheeseburger looked very weird. Fries were horrible too. Had to bin my whole meal because it just didn't taste/look right. I liked BK a whole lot more than McD's before, but the food now at BK is just sad.
They say its home of the whopper Well the whopper is a whooping faluire, the burger is TINY and greasy and looks like its been stuck in somebodys armpit for 2 days. The flamed grilled burger isnt even flamed its just microwaved and it isnt real even real beef. I brought a meal just to get a crown and the crown istantly tore. WHAT A WASTE OF TREES AND MONEY. The drive thru service is far far faaaaaaar to sloooooow, i was the only person there and i ordered a simple cheese burger combo. it took 25 minutes to serve me a damp cheese burger and chips, the bun had black moldy stuff growing on it. Worst fastfood place ever.
Brilliant food and service, last review I made 6 months ago the place was absolute rubbish. Such an improvement since then. Best looking burger I've seen from a fast food restaurant.
I love the food of course but the way the Indian manager treat his employee is disgusting and made my meal awful . Especially the lovely girl who was cleaning he doesn't know how to talk. So lame. Hate it
They have ice cream machine which is not working from so many days. They did not tell customerst until they reach to front counter for their order. Too much harassment. They should put a big notice outside the shop that they are not able to do any kind of ice creams. The staff never apologies to customers.
Sometimes great hot fries. Good tasty burgers and nice staff most of the time quite a long wait sometimes thou. But overall allgood
