McDonald's Lincoln Road

So I made an order on DoorDash at around 1:40 am and I had to cancel it at 3:10 am because it was taking too long. I had two door dashers cancel on me during this time. Terrible from Mc Donald’s as they are meant to be a FAST food restaurant

A big thank you to Ryan for answering my call today and helping us locate my son's Crocs that he forgot at the play center. Ryan kindly left them at the counter for us to collect. This is truly excellent customer service!

Tried using Drive-Thru, waited at speaker for 5+ minutes with no response. Drove up to each window before I found staff to even ask if they were open, was ignored. Reversed to previous window, found different staff and was told yes and tried to order.nn5+ minutes trying to order a simple combo + fries at the window, before being ignored again for 10+ minutes. Finally get food no drink and it's not what I ordered. I hadn't even paid yet.nnI just gave it back and drove off. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a take away this afternoon with a toy but when I backed home and the toy was already opened and checked by someone. If someone has already opened it to make sure he doesn't like it and then returned it to the customer, it is disgusting and unacceptable. Never come back again. Kindly suggest everyone who want to order this meal just make sure that their toy box has not been opened in person when they pick up the order.

I hate to say this but this is by far one of the worst McD outlets I've been to in Auckland. The outlet is well presented, appears to be clean and hygienic however customer service needs some serious upgrade. Some of the staff members work really hard and look overworked but some on the other hand don't even smile back or respond to a greeting. They are rude, throw a horrible attitude, treat customers like subject of favour. If the management is seeing this please take this seriously and invest on training, coaching, developing your staff members. If they have issues, please listen to them and address their concerns asap as most look unhappy working here.
