McDonald's Te Atatu North

Just ordered a combo and the fries were stale and disgustingly hard… if you’re in a rush please do the job properly, I don’t come often but when I do they’re food is usually pretty on but tonight wasn’t it.nnOtherwise everything else was okay but the chips were fricken shocking, tasted like they’d been over cooked early this morning and then pulled out.

Usually the night team is on and It looked like a completely new set of workers, but tonight and another time they messed up an order. I ordered a burger with extras in it only for it to come without what I asked for twice as this happened on a previous occasion.nNot to mention one of the other burgers I ordered looked like a sad piece of work, I’d compare it to someone who really hates their job and slammed together the quickest burger you can think of. Everything else was fine but the main meal should at least be done right.

I visited around 8:30-9pm on Saturday 10th of may,nnDisappointed with my experience. First,nat the second window, the staff member dropped our Happy Meal on the road and didn’t even offer to replace it. Instead, she asked us to look inside and check if it was still “alright.” It fell on the ground — you should replace it, no questions asked.nnSecond, I asked to swap the burgers in the $33 Share Box and was told by staff that no swaps were allowed. I was sure you could swap three of them for any favourite burger just not the cheeseburger — and turns out I was right. Not impressed with being told the wrong info so confidently.nnJust left feeling let down by the service overall.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Ordered a combo and only after nearly finished with the fries, we realised there is a strand of hair, attached to it are 2 small pieces of white stuff. Looks like dough? We threw up instantly. Angry and disappointed. If it was just a piece of hair, we would have ignored it but this is next level of sickness. For the sake of your health and well-being don't go here. Or dine at your own risk! Shocking!!

Macca’s been on point! Every time I go, it’s fresh as – chips hot, burgers stacked right, everything bang on. Love using the coupons too – always a good deal and heaps of them. Solid feed every time!
