Past three times I've ordered they have done there best to mess it up and I've fed up , I dont want another burnt pizza no thanks keep your voucher i want a refund.nPast 3 orders over span of a year nothing changes .nDo not order here go to to pizza hut appalling for the price you pay you expect there to be toppings on the pizza and it not be burned.nPay for double toppings infactcim sure the pizza name still double value double meat this looks like a worse pizza then the ordinary pizza.

Very disappointing experience. The pizza was not baked properly — the dough was still raw and chewy in the middle while the toppings were barely cooked. It felt rushed and poorly prepared.

I ordered four pizzas for pick-up and had a really disappointing experience. I’ve asked for BBQ sauce on the base many times before, and even when it hasn’t been added, I’ve never complained. This time, before paying, I asked to check the pizzas and once again there was no BBQ sauce.nnI politely asked the staff member if he could add the sauce since I’d requested it, and he became defensive straight away, as if the extra few cents of sauce was too much to ask. His tone turned aggressive, and I matched it back. When the manager came over, he took the same stance and insisted the sauce was “under the cheese”, which simply wasn’t true.nnI’m not sure where the training has gone wrong here, but I would have thought customer satisfaction mattered more than a couple of squirts of BBQ sauce. The interaction was far from what I would have expected, and I had to hold myself back from getting more frustrated.nnThe service at this store has always been questionable, but I’ve never raised it until now. The one time I did, the response from both the staff member and the manager was very disappointing.

I ordered for staff lunch. We liked the sourdough gluten free base. Quality match prices. This is not a gourmet dish. Taste good.
