I’m so sick and tired of coming into the clinic and waiting 20-30 minutes because nurses and doctors are always behind schedule or just sitting in their offices with no clients. Not only that, but they rush through appointments and don’t even listen to you. It feels like they don’t know what they’re talking about. I had an appointment with nurse practitioner Robyn, and after explaining my condition, she asked if I think I should go on antibiotics. I told her that “I wasn’t sure”, as I was coming into the clinic for professional help and advice, hoping that I wouldn’t have to prescribe medication for myself. I also mentioned that the night before, I had a high fever and was in quite bad condition, and that I was worried. She then stopped what she was doing and asked in a judgmental tone, “Oh, what were you worried about?” Even though I had explained my fever and condition, and based on what I said, I had every right to be concerned about my health and not be judged for it. This practice used to be great but has taken a turn for the worse. There is no welcoming atmosphere, and there is an extreme lack of service from the receptionist staff to many of the medical team members. I shouldn’t feel made to look stupid in a place where I’m seeking medical advice. Once again, I received no diagnosis, only a list of possible issues. I understand it can be difficult to determine a final diagnosis easily, but there was no offer of further testing despite my concerns. I felt like I was being treated as if I were overreacting. If you’re considering coming to this practice, I would definitely not recommend. But if you do decide to come I would highly recommend researching the GP or nurse practitioner you choose, rather than just picking the next available appointment, as you might find it’s a waste of your money and time.

Hi TherennMy GP referred to this Crawford Ear clinic. Their treatment was good and no complaints. However I had to go for multiple sittings for my treatment. For couple of appointments I had to reschedule as I was very sick with flu. At the time of rescheduling, they didn’t advise me about extra charges. Also at the time of rescheduling I clearly told not to cancel just to reschedule. After my treatment was over, I received a statement for $40 claiming that it is late cancellation fee where I clearly mentioned it is just rescheduling. I spent nearly $200 for my treatment, paying this 40 bucks is not a big deal but I felt like no clear communication. Also sickness doesn’t come informed. I woke up in the morning with bad flu and so had to reschedule cause it was covid time and don’t want to spread. So I feel claiming late cancellation fee under these circumstances is not genuine. I spoke to them and they sent a formal letter that they are waiving the charges. But the issue is this happened 2 years back but I am still receiving letters saying I have outstanding fee. This is causing unwanted mental stress and threatening letters that this will go to debt collector. I work full time and so as my husband and this 40 bucks is again not big deal but I feel here error is not at our end. Sending reminders even after saying the charges were waived is not professional at all. My whole experience with this clinic was not good and very very disappointed to the core.

Been there for 4 years. Today was the last time I will ever go back. Yesterday was the 4th time I felt like I wasn't being heard or listened to. When patients come to a practice that is supposed to help their patients, that's what we expect. Notjing more. Nothing less. Not to compound them with piss poor treatment on top of whatever any patient is medically fighting with at the time. Had 3 GPs try and tell me that they know more about my immune compromised health. They didn't want to prescribe me antibiotics and isnted give me panadol. I had to convince them every time that I needed antibiotics. Guess what? Each time, I was right, and the antibiotics worked. The first issue that happened almost 4 years ago, was a GP who tried telling me the pain in my body was all in my head like I was making it up. I'm HLA-B27+ and I suffer from arthritis etc. So how do I make that up? Have been diagnosed since 2003 by higher health professionals in the correct field of medicine, and this one GP was trying to tell me otherwise? Have since pulled myself out of Crawford Medical and my surplus credit I had in there. And if Google review would allow it, I'd give -1 star with this review.

I was very disappointed in the all round care and feedback. Dr sends you for bloods but no body ever gives you feedback you must phone and ask what your results mean, and then you have to pay for another appointment so that they can explain results.nI have been there several times with flue related problems and they give you nothing so I walk out there after spending a fortune on the fees for the visit and then have to go to pharmacy and spend another fortune to self medicate .nVery disappointed in the over all services at this practice.

Amazing, reliable, friendly practice with dedicated and helpful staff. They always do their best to help with inquiries and appointments. From repeat scripts to referrals, accidents and illnesses to vaccinations and minor surgery, they have looked after our family since before the birth of our children. Thank you Crawford!
