Local Doctors - Dawson Road

If there was an option for no stars then I definitely would of chosen that. The attitude I got from the person who picked up my call was very disappointing and outrageous coming from Local Doctor. I am not from Auckland but i did really need a repeat description and the experience i got was so dumb.I am from Gisborne and our doctors are very well mannered, they have good communication, they are patient with the person who called and many more they are just amazing. My mind think very slowly so it takes time for me to speak and having someone on the other side yelling at you was very not professional. Also if you don't like your drop why work there?

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Seems like everyone coming here has same issue. Unfriendly satff, minimum wait is 3 hours at least, ask how far you are in the queue they say 4. After an hour still 4, another hour goes by still 4. So your saying the doctor hasn’t seen a patient for the last 2-3 hours?? Or you’re just lazy to look and communicate properly. Wasted my entire day here

Medical receptionist and some nurses at this Local Doctors are horrible and treat patients badly. I stopped going here sometime ago. Pity for those poor patients who have to go through such painful clinic staff. There is no ZERO in rating so have to give 1.nnNote / staff here are have no clue about empathy, urgency, can do attitude. Absolutely avoid this place. Government should investigate this place.

I am very disappointednI have been paying my doctors bill every time I go in for a visit and not knowing that they were putting extra charge to my account so after I cleared up my so called bill from 2005 so they say something made me go back in the same day just because I was curious to check if my account was still clear and the receptionist lady said I still owe $35 and another $35 for my conciliation that day: the one i already paid fornwhen I confronted Angie she later came back with there was a glitch in the systemnSo I asked for a full report to take through to my lawyers, cause I felt ripped off.nShe then sent me a letter stating that I over paid them $306 and that it will be refunded into my account after I fill out the necessary documents.nAnd that was 3 weeks ago but on the form it's got 7 working days.nI'm not worried about the money, it's the fact that they ripping people off.nApparently I'm not the first person they have done this to.nSo Iv left the matter for my lawyers to sort out.nSO MUCH FOR TRUSTING THEM TO LOOK AFTER THE COMMUNITY.

The entire experience at the front desk felt disorganized and unprofessional, which left a very negative impression.nnOverall, the lack of transparency and poor customer service at this clinic made the visit far more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend this location based on the reception experience alone.
