Would not recommend to anyone to register with this GP.nnHave been with Leabank Medical Health Centre since 2020 and back then it was good.nnRecently left their services as it’s almost impossible nowadays to book Consultations through calling over the phone as Debbie and Sue no longer work there so they expect you to use the ManageMyHealth app and also they like adding false information to your ManageMyHealth App Health Conditions and Medical Records nnAlso the Clinical Manager Nishika Maharaj!!nnIs incompetent at her job, cannot hear properly when you phone through and also has very broken English!nnDO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Definitely considering moving to another medical provider.nAll the good front office staff have left, and have been replaced by sour miserable ladies who don’t seem to enjoy their job, no manners or a simple smile. They are in customer service yet they are lacking any sort of good service, it’s obvious these lady’s don’t like their job, very rude and I would not recommend this medical practice ever!. Phone system and wait times are now horrendous.nComplete failure

Didn't even have my medical records and the Dr seemed like she wasn't actually interested in why I had gone there ..nFound the young person at reception quite judgemental like her mannerism then when I explained my records weren't there she kinda spoke to me like a was an idiot .nDidn't feel welcomed at all no smiles when you walk in just stares

Dr Meg is amazing ! But The new phone system is terrible . I cant even get through to talk to the nurse or even book an appointment . Makes you wait 45+ minutes & you have to jump through all sorts of hurdles

Fully booked until next Tuesday.. it's Thursday today!! I wonder if I'd still be sick or totally recovered before then??
