I took my mum there today and was very impressed. The staff were so kind, professional and very efficient. Nothing was too difficult and they quickly had everything organised to make Mum’s recovery as fast and painless as possible.nI thoroughly recommend this medical centre for anyone wanting incredible care.nThanks so much for your kindness and care today. We really appreciate everything you did.

Used this clinic today and was weary after the reviews I’ve read. The 2 hr wait is real and expect it to be so and I came at 8.20am left at 10.35am. Cost for me $100. My usual Doctors is booked out for 2 weeks so had to come here. Steady stream of people. Receptionist was lovely, same wt nurse and Doctor. The place is under extreme pressure wt 1 Doctor and they’re doing the best they can. I felt most sorry for all the mama’s in there wt their kids waiting for so long. Our medical system needs help. Well done to this team of people.

Awesome staff. Thankful for the great service given to my son who is on the spectrum. Shout out to Nurse Carol making my son's experience a enjoyable one for us both as he hates medical care.

If I cannot get in to see my own GP, I am always coming through to Waiata Shores. Have been here more than six times and every time it has been a great experience from Reception, to the nurse and seeing the doctor. I’ve been in for myself and sometimes my daughter, wait times vary depending on how busy the day is but I’m never there for more than two hours on a good day, 30 mins. I struggle with most of these bad reviews because everytime I’ve been in, it has always been a pleasant experience. For it being an urgent care centre, it provides what is needed.
