Always a great experience at our local Burger Fuel making the most of a VIB very important birthday & claiming a free birthday burger! It wasn’t my birthday on this occasion it was my husband’s so he got his free burger & I made the most of being a AA member & scored a delicious banana thick shake FREE with my burger purchase! Went in for a solo dinner.$28 for the burger chips and a drink, burger was decent, cooked well and tasty and I do love aoili with chips but was all of it worth $28? Short answer, no it wasn't. If you're longing for a burger in the area then go for it but prepared your wallet especially if going with a group or family.Food: 4/5
Hands down best place for burgers, sides and shakes in Christchurch! Don't think I've had a better experience elsewhere in terms of quality of food or quality of service. Great value for money. Totally recommend if you're after a good time and great food
Just had the Furious Fairmont and boy was that a grand burger. Really happy with the choices that led me to eating that.
Absolutely terrific - we got a bacon backfire and the new chick*n little, with kumara chips and regular chips. Fast, clean and tasty. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time! Definitely recommend:
They have two vegan/vegetarian burgers on offer which is decent, you can also add whatever you want to them which was appreciated. I got the vegan V8 and added cheese, it was decent and quite flavoursome. Service was slow the day we went, but they were busy. It was a long wait time and I also think it's quite over priced for what you get. Offering more combo options would be good.
Been here a couple of times and love it. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Great options for gluten free and dairy requirements. Food is awesome
Have had burger fuel in many places round the country,went to papanui for a feed as we were in Christchurch Wife and I were waiting and I seen the girl that took our Order packing up the rubbish bag and tie it up then place it in corner of kitchen then she started packing our food in bag without EVEN WASHING HER HANDS she was not worried about anything until as said thanks for washing your hands before giving me our food. Very bad service and hygiene will not going back there ever
I got a really nice burger for my lunch , it was the beef bacon burger with onion rings. The lady who made it done a really good job and it looked too good to eat ... friendly staff & I would highly recommend this place. The thick shake was really good as well.
the staff are lovely, massive burgers that are so fresh! everything is to perfection even down to the taste of the tomato sauce! so sad im not from christchurch
