The only battered fish I could find in Christchurch that is thin and perfectly cooked through. The chips were average.

Another chip review by no one.Chips taste ok.size of scoop is not big but not miserable like sun Ning or silk road down the other end. Hard working family. Prefer the chips from this shop then north Avon fish supply or silk road. 3.40 a scoop .

I’ve lived in the area for nearly 2 years but only recently noticed this spot — now my favourite fish and chip spot in town. Nice generous pieces of fish, solid chips and hotdog and potato fritter far above average. friendly service!

The best fish and chips I've had

Onion sausage $2.70... ZERO Sausage... all it was onion and gravy in batter.. went back to ask wheres the meat was told it's an onion sausage I said yes I see the onion wheres the sausage. Told there is mince onion and batter i said NO mince whatsoever..... asked for refund and told no so said I'll leave a review on google so nobody else isnt ripped off...

First time I have been there. The place was clean and well organized. The menu was extensive with plenty of options. There were vegetarian options and lots of different types of fish. The chips were great. There were 14 people in there when I went there but they got the order in good time. I will be back.

First time here for fish and chips so wasn’t sure what I was in for. The positives are that it’s a clean store, great service with good portion sizes and fair prices. The biggest room for improvement on what I ordered would be the meat pattie. Don’t think there was any meat and tasted like stuffing.Overall have certainly had worst fish and chips and would rate this as a solid option
