Wendy's

We had a Original Baconator and a Chicken Club. They were both so good! The meats were nice were juicy, salads were fresh and the chips were nice! The staff that served me was a delight also. It wasn't over crowded and very lovely atmosphere.

There was a dreadful smell throughout the store that smelt like off meat. It was so bad I couldn’t dine in. Tables were sticky and messy, as well as floors. I received good customer service only after having to wait 5 minutes for someone to serve me. The shakes weren’t half bad but I’ve had better at other locations.

Decently clean bar 1 or 2 tables got a watermelon cooler 6 dollar large medium size tastes amazing but wow costly rest of food was cheap as

I find the food is always great at this Wendys. Unfortunately today when I went it seemed like there were only two employees running the whole restaurant. This meant that even though it wasn't busy there was a bit of a long wait. Nothing against the employees, they were very friendly and were working as fast as they could. Just wish management had organised things better. Its not fair for two people to run a whole fast food restaurant. Parking: Theres like 3 free 5 minute parks across the road and everything else is paid street parking.

A little bit expensive but I like the taste of my meals. I still don’t know why a chicken club burger combo is 10.7+5=17.8? Where the 2 dollars comes from?Food: 5/5

Very good burgers. Only burger place in Chch. No Maccas or BK in Chch CBD. Only Wendy's and KFC. No Pizza Hut or Dominos. Only higher priced options like Sal's for Pizza or Burger Fuel for burgers that would make it spendy to come to the Chch CBD and pay for parking and pay double for kids lunches than chain stores at malls with free parks

Honestly the taste is not too bad per se, but why is everything so cold, especially the burger? The bun is cold, so is the chicken, everything feels like being cooked hours ago and just sits there to chill! I understand it’s fast food and i might not get a freshly cooked batch every time, I don’t mind having precooked food from keep warm containers, but does it need to be cold? This is really disappointing and disturbing.

As someone who works in fast food, this place is pretty appalling. Poor customer service, nothing said to me when my meal was given to me. No cheery faces. It's not even a peak hour and the store is barely busy, yet all the tables are dirty with crumbs, whilst people stand at front counter idlely. I know work is tiring but there isn't much effort here

I love Wendy's they bring you your food, You don't have to wait long, parking is easy. Some of this is mostly because whenever I go there for lunch or tea there's hardly any other customers there, which is also great for me as I dislike crowds.Food: 5/5

All good, but the cleanliness of the place was a bit lacking... Maybe they just had a hectic day when I went there, but my friend Heidi from Antwerp, Belgium was complaining a lot about it, to the point that I needed to do this review!Food: 5/5
