Pita Pit

One of the best Gluten Free Wraps/Salad & Meat we have had Yummy. Lots of Veggies & sauces to choose from. Meal was filling. A warm & tidy place to sit & eat during the cold months.. Ladies were welcoming & friendly….

you’d think working at a wrap place you’d know how to make them. nobody wants a wrap where all the cheese and hummus is in one blob at the bottom not spread throughout. come on that’s common sense guys ‍ not to mention how RUDE the staff were when i asked them to fix this… if you did your job properly i wouldn’t need to ask!

drove 20 minutes to get pita pit today, to be greeted by rude clueless staff. my friend and i asked and paid for regular / large pita pits, but received small / petite ones because the staff did not check our orders before making. as we were waiting we watched the staff notice the pita bread was stale by breaking them and tapping them on the counter then continuing to put them in the microwave and use them for our pita pits even though they were clearly stale. the server was in a nice way, clueless. she did not know the names of the vegetables meaning that we had to point out the options we wanted. my friend then said she wanted avocado which she had paid for at the counter and the server replied “you have to pay extra for that” even though she had served us at the counter 1 minute ago . in the 10 minutes we were there we were asked “fresh or toasted” at least 5 times. and even though we said TOASTED it was cold. we enjoy pita pit but not paying $15 dollars for a small. and we will not be returning.

Normally love this place but found a hair in my pita recently and won't be back for a while. Maybe need to be wearing hair nets again.

They got a new machine which meant we couldn’t order in person. This made it very hard to order and the people working didn’t help at all.

Absolutely disgraceful, I went in to pita pit yesterday and had to wait 30 minutes for my small pita, I ordered chicken and falafel only to find out the chicken was not cooked properly and gave me food poisoning.

WONT refund me for food I ordered and did not receive. Super disappointed. Wasted $41, they are saying my order isn’t eligible for a refund???????

No complaints about the food, but while I was there, the man serving pretty rudely told someone to leave because the face covering they were wearing was technically not a mask their mouth and nose were clearly covered though. Yet when I arrived he himself was in the kitchen with his mask down... Very hypocritical and just felt like an excuse to be nasty

Drove 20 mins as it stated they closed at 8:30. Got there just before 8 and they had already closed with no explanation as to why. Also see so many reviews about rude staff. Why haven’t you replied to this Pita Pit Colombo?? Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be supporting a store if you tolerate this standard of customer service.
