NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, specially this branch always like this. Closed 10 mins before their timing. Rude behavior and I think don't need this kind subway. I felt very bad as a Customer and don't even have courtesy to come and talk on the door. I came with my family to do take away and there was another Customer as well. As expected from this subway , very very bad
Very helpful staff. Went last Wednesday and was unfortunately out of my favorite filling, however, one of the young female employees sorry didn't quite catch her name went above and beyond to help with decision-making and I have now found a new favorite. Went back today and saw the same two kids behind the counter, very cheerful. Cheers
Customer service at this Subway is pretty good. However I think the Sandwich Artist needs more training. Great location and very nice store. Highly recommend.
Over the moon with our experience tonight. Alum and Annabelle were absolutely fantastic. Put up with our humming and ha'ing over what we wanted. Compliments to them both for being such great brand ambassadors
Don't bother. We ordered online, but they gave us our order 10-15 minutes late and with almost none of the toppings we selected. One of our party ended up with just meat and lettuce. No apology, no explanation. RubbishFood: 1/5
Really Bad Customer Service!!! There was a young lady who has a lot of piercings took my order and when I am about to pay I told her “Can I order two more of what I ordered” and she was telling me that I should have told her when I started to order, like the **, also knowing that there were no other customers, only me and my friend, also was it my fault that I wanted to order again? And Why would you do that and told your customer such thing like that? She was not even smiling at all or any greetings. I am working at one of the restaurant brands as well as a manager and we don’t tolerate this kind of attitude! So disappointed.
Orderd through uber eats, ordering time and arrival was within good time. It was well packaged , Wasn't very satisfied with the sub. It wasn't toasted and the sauce was a very watery consistency that made my subway soggy. I could barely taste the cheese, I did however enjoy the cookies. I love how early they opened as I was very hungry after a night shift at work but I am less likely to order delivery again. Next time I will dine in to give it another chance, would really hate to discontinue eating here as i absolutely love subway.
Unfortunately took half an hour in the line to get a sub. Extremely slow. Other then the wait was really good though :Food: 4/5
Been twice now. The first time, they weren't open at the advertised time online and on their shop window. The second time, the sandwich they made was falling apart, and the staff member put the incorrect ingredients I to the sandwich. Will not be returning.Food: 2/5
