Velvet Burger

Nice buggers and their Tuesday deal 2-4-1 is bang on for buck. I loved their King Saddleback burger pulled pork, Big Bro must try and Queen go Peep braised lamb they all taste good, so is the Luxe Bird southern fried chicken patty. I liked the buns in fact they're soft, fluffy and goes well with any patty. Also, the burgers are good in size that one would expect with a good pack size burger patty for that price with salad and sauce filling. Overall a good & friendly service with nice tasty burgers .

Couldn't believe I hadn't tried this place until now. The staff were so amazing! Great atmosphere, clean, comfy, great vibe and our food was made super quick and was absolutely delicious definitely coming back 5

Ordered 2 burgers and chips on Uber eats. Luxe bird was absolutely delicious. Nicely packed and tasted really good. On the other hand I had a babe burger which had a blob of aioli in the centre of the pineapple and my chicken pattie was over done. It was dry and hard and just did not taste nice. And there was only a small strip of bacon! The burger was nice without the burnt pattie.

Enjoyed the burger, it was delicious, but feel like a sturdier bun is required to hold all the filling, less chance of it falling apart. The service was great and friendly. The atmosphere was flat, maybe as it was a cold night. Would definitely go againFood: 4/5

Excellent value with 2-4-1 Tuesdays! My wife and I both got "Big Bro" burgers and were not disappointed. Constructed well and cooked nicely. The buns are a bit soft so be warned that eating these can get messy!

Good food as always. Nice flavours in meat. Ordered thick cut chips but given thin ones. Not a major but still nice to get what you ordered. Friendly staff. Person was flat out since other staff member on break. Sunday night 11/6.

Always love velvet burger! And the tasty favourite of mine the BABE!!!! Yesterday we ordered online the two for 1 deal since you have to order online and put in the promo code to receive the deal! Very excited! We ordered chips at the counter aswell and waited. After half n hour of not getting our food, they finally let us know that the gas turned off and they trying to fix it and get it back on so they can continue cooking. We were really hungry at this point and after about 15-20 minutes later! We finally got our burgers and then our fries 5-10 mind after. And they also gave us a refund for our fries for waiting! They handled the situation very well!

Burger was very flat and very different to what is shown in the menu photos. The thinest slice of chicken ever. I had high hopes but not a fan unfortunately. Fries were also soggy to top it off.

Decent. Yes feedback, the staff member taking orders and on till was not very helpful, was even a bit weird tbh. Chef was a bit brighter and at least she had some banter n was more helpful. We ordered 3 burgers x3 chips x 3 chicken sides. Paid for all only received 1 side. Beers were slightly more expensive than competitors and they weren't even chilled. All in all compared to other burger houses we found it average and a bit of a let down. This is as fair a feedback I can give. I could be way more brutal about other aspects of the experience if you would like?
