Excellent. A secret Gem in the wings of Auckland CBD. Our excellent hosts John & Mel made us feel like we in a home outside our home. Fully recommend.
Had a lovely stay at this place due to John's heart-warming hospitality. Place has been painstakingly restored and kept in a great condition. Highly recommended.
Braemar is a an excellent place to stay, close to the city and in a quiet leafy street. Very comfortable and lovingly restored and maintained.
Highly recommend. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Lovely cooked breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is fabulous, close to all amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back. Thankyou.
Great location, great host and great breakfast, BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!! Lovingly restored old world Victorian charm spread over three floors of cute rooms to choose from. You want more? Contact them directly and you'll avoid all the hassle of third party booking sites and commissions.

Our expectations were exceeded when we stayed here, the hosts were so friendly and accommodating! The building was beautiful and we will definitely be back!!
