Aotea Motor Lodge

Nice place. Close to supermarkets. Beds very comfortable. Seemed like lots of sales reps staying. Was quite noisy early evening till about 9pm as they were congregating by the smokers table by our unit. Owners were very friendly and provided ice on request. Big spa bath in room.

Comfortable room with huge spa. Bed and pillows where great. Easy 10 minute walk from motel into town and river area. Right next to New World supermarket. I used the motels gym membership to use the gym which was only a quick 5 minutes walk from the motel. Good well equiped gym.

The overall experience was nice. Air con was good, the spa was lovely. But the bed was a bit too hard.

Great place to stay but a bit expensive. Has everything you require and very close to town. Clean tidy and friendly staff. Bit noisy as it's on the main street.

Superb location in heart of Whanganui. Lovely clean well appointed room. The deluxe room comes with a 2 person side by side spa bath. Amazing variety of extras ie, choices of tea/ coffee, cookies, sugars. Bathroom amenities plentiful. Lovely monsoon shower head and separate massager shower head. Will definitely rebook.

Comfy clean and surprisingly quiet even though it's on the main Rd. Top floor has lovely views towards the hills and a nice patio to eat breakfast in the sun.

Tidy, well equipped rooms with a comfy, warm bed and your own private balcony, just the spot to enjoy your lunch and a glass of wine. Close to all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways even a liquor store it is all in close walking distance. Friendly and polite staff, totally enjoyed our time here.
