What an amazing motel Cooks Gardens Motor Lodge is.  We could not have had a nicer stay in lovely clean rooms.nThe hosts were so kind to us and also as I later found out very kind to other guests.  And they give you fudge!! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing place to stay, rooms are lovely and the whole place is so clean and tidy. The hosts are incredible, so friendly, and helpful plus the  fudge is delish!nHighly recommended!

Good motel with everything you need, good TV with everything on it. Showers are a bit meh, short shower stem with no height adjustment, anyone over 5' 10 would struggle.nClose to town and river. They do a cooked breakfast on request too.

One of the best places I've stay in, in Whanganui. Great welcome and super friendly owner. Amazing beds for comfort including great pillows. Location close to city but still quiet.
