Cooks Gardens Motor Lodge

Stayed here with a friend recently and the owners are fantastic, so helpful, genuinely caring. We were well looked after even though we arrived after dark. The owner set us up with somewhere to go for some food a great recommendation. The room was very clean and comfortable. The mini kitchen set up was perfect. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here and would return in a heartbeat. I only wish we had had more time to explore the area.

Just celebrated our Family Reunion. My Dad and I both use walkers and need shower stools. The owners and staff were so helpful. We were able to book both accessible rooms 7 & 11 which have their own wider mobility parks handy. Great to have a single bed in the rooms as well as a Queen. Will book at Cooks again. Also loved the Forest & Bird Bathroom Products, the Abundance of Extra Towels provided and Extra Blankets. Spacious Room with an extra lounge chair and two dining room chairs for visitors to use. My daughter enjoyed the nice selection of sachets for hot drinks.

I started to read reviews lately before booking as got caught out a few times but all the reviews matched my business trip stay here. Just plain fantastic welcome, very clean and modern rooms, quiet plus perfect location. Will be back for sure.

We stayed here with friends. The warm welcome was just the start. The room spotless. The rooms had everything we needed. Decorated nicely. Very comfortable beds. Staff could not have been more helpful. Sue even gave us a lift to the town. It was above and beyond. It was a wonderful stay. Would go back there. Definitely recommend it to anyone. Excellent value for money.

Travelling with my wife, from Australia on a conference/ reunion visit we stayed at the ASURE Cook gardens for three nights. Absolutely brilliant. The hosts, Susan and Murray were so very warm and welcoming. Spotless rooms, handy to everywhere, affordable prices and a pleasure to stay there. HIGHLY recommended. Ben and Jan.
