Te Awa Motel

In short: don't stay in a cold day. A very small bedroom, the windows are old and not sealed, there is a small heater that CANNOT heat the size of the living room and of course cannot be moved into the bedroom. There are no power outlets in the room, except for the kitchen.

Awesome motel, clean,and the owners are definitely one of the nicest couple that you possibly meet..The views during the day are lovely but incredible at night so kudos to them both...most surely one motel on yr "To Check" list

Disgusting manners!! Owners are arrogant & RUDE! TERRIBLE SERVICE...rang 5 mins poor to checki in to confirm two units available then arrived only to be told booked online ... he wouldn't confirm booking with his wife who I spoke to.. their lose really ...

Best hotel in nz so far, ecerything is really well thought out.

Rooms are nice.. plenty of space.. beds are quite hard.. steps up to deck need to be fixed very dangerous .. someone could easily have a step give out on them and they would fall to the ground also a few steps were falling apart.. great value place to stay. Outside area where trampoline is needs a tidy up..
