Friendly and helpful servicenNo cutlery? Asked reception for some and got it done. Easy as. They even offered to bring a microwave up in my roomnNice breeze in the rooms upstairsnWould’ve been 5/5 if it wasn’t for the rumbling noise coming from Pack n Save next door. This only happened 1 night out of 2 nights I stayed. Other than that, everything else was sweet as.

A friend and I booked the 2 bedroom apartment. It was up stairs so it may not suit someone with mobility issues but we found it very spacious with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. One bathroom had a shower over a tub which was an older style and a bit drab but the water pressure in the other shower was exceptional. There's a view of the pool and the construction that's going on at the moment but it was the weekend so no inconvenience. It gets full morning sun across all 3 rooms. Its not luxury but it's clean and has everything you need and I thought it was really good value.

Location was good with supermarkets and takeaways across the road and beside the hotel.nnThey are currently doing major renovations so restaurant is closed.nnRoom was ok, relatively basic but comfortable enough.  Wall heater and slower over bath which I never like.  Small balcony but it looked over the construction site

We stayed for one night and it was not pleasant stay.nHeater looks good, but it is not useful for winters.nThere is no option to give stars less than 1.nWill never visit again.nI would also suggest to check the beds for bed bugs unless you are planning to sleep on chairs. Beware your bed bugs might get clamined as ants.

We were accommodated at a rather late hour, centrally located, met our requirements. Not in the actual hotel but the old part not connected to the photo shown. Old building, best sleep, clean everything.
