Stayed here for a hockey tournament happening at the Jubilee Stadium. Location was great for walkability as right next to the main street and main road. Rooms were well serviced and clean. Parking was easy as was check in and check out. Very good value for money, $150 a night for a studio. Will definitely remember about this place for our next tournament :

We rented the conference room for a hui. It is a great venue. Lots of room and the convenience of being able to set the room up in different ways. Quick and easy to heat. Great for presentations and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Based on reviews which talk of great hosts and service, I made a non-refundable booking for two rooms. Unfortunately, due to illness, we had to cancel at very short notice. To my surprise, Alex called and offered to waive the cancellation fees.nnThanks so much Alex, we appreciate your understanding very much, and we look forward to staying in the near future!

Not enough windows so rooms have average natural light. The lighting is dull and doesn’t illuminate a space. Tiny tables, do not recommend for working professionals needing a large space to work. Request a room above as the noise from patrons above if you’re in a ground floor room is significant, particularly the rumble from the bubble bath.

I had booked a room here to stay for a week about 6 months ago for my family and I when my father had become critically ill. The same day we checked in my father passed away so I had let the owner know that we would return our keys early as we were leaving for the funeral the day before checkout. The lovely woman I spoke with went above and beyond to make sure our final booked day was refunded to us from booking.com and even gave me a follow up text about 2 weeks later to let me know everything had been processed.nWill never forget the kindness of the wonderful Kasia
